Kadr 1.0 beta · effective November 2026
Ivan Popov ("we") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Kadr on computers you own or control. During the public beta, until November 30, 2026, all features are free. After the beta, some features may require a paid Pro license.
You are responsible for what you capture, record and stream, and for having the rights to do so. Kadr is meant for your own gameplay and devices; it does not bypass copy protection (HDCP).
Kadr includes open-source and third-party components under their own licenses, listed on the licenses page and in the app's licenses folder. Those licenses apply to those components.
Game titles, console names and other trademarks mentioned on this site belong to their owners. Kadr is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Kadr is provided "as is", especially during the beta. We don't guarantee that it works with every capture card, console or computer, or that it is free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data or lost profits arising from the use of Kadr. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Kadr.
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Continuing to use Kadr after a change means you accept it.

В пределах, разрешённых законом, мы не отвечаем за косвенные убытки, потерю данных и упущенную выгоду. Общая ответственность ограничена суммой, уплаченной за Kadr.
